Professional Career: Enrolled as Advocate High Court of Bombay 1964, enrolled as Advocate High Court of Sind 1968, enrolled as Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan 1978, called to the Bar at Grays Inn 1991. Attorney General of Pakistan for 2 years during 1985 and 1986 and appeared in important constitutional cases for the Government of Pakistan. He resigned to resume the private practice of law and remains to be involved in major litigation in High/Supreme Court as well as in important corporate/banking work in conjunction with the litigation and corporate departments.

Current Positions Held: Executive trustee of Jinnah Foundation and Quaid-e-Azam Aligarh Scholarship Trust which are Non-Governmental Organizations (N.G.O) in the field of health and education. Member, Legal/Consultative Committee, Government of Sind. Al-Mehrab Tibi Imdaad. Member Board of Advisors
